10 oz orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple or just pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen peaches
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw honey

Cough Busting Smoothie Recipe
- 10 oz orange juice
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen pineapple or pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup peach yogurt
- 1/2 of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raw honey
add all ingredients to your blender and blend well. Enjoy
