The side dish all your friends will love
Trust me. This holiday season you are going to want to bring this yummy holiday recipe to all your holiday gatherings. Ok, so I actually can’t take all the credit for this recipe. I got this delicious holiday recipe from my sister-in-law. She has made this side dish for a long time. Long before I even was around the family. And my husband loves it!
That year I took this side dish and the rest is history
Simple or not this recipe is delicious. I hope you all enjoy it as much as my family does.
You will need
White Shoepeg Corn
Drain the juice from your can and dump corn into your baking dish.
Melt butter and soften your cream cheese.
Mix together your melted butter and softened cream cheese with your shoepeg corn.
Add your jalapenos and juice on top. Now bake for 20-25 minutes.
DONE AND ENJOY!
- 5 cans Shoepeg Corn
- 12 oz cream cheese 1 1/2 blocks
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 tbsp jalapeños
- 2 tbsp jalapeño juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain juice from shoepeg corn. Add corn to baking dish.
Melt butter. Soften cream cheese.
Add melted butter and softened cream cheese to your shoepeg corn and mix together well.
Add jalapenos and juice on top of your shoepeg corn. You can add more or fewer jalapenos depending on how hot you'd like it to be.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
