This meal is super easy. It’s great for those nights you’re busy and maybe even forgot to plan dinner. You most likely already have everything you need in the pantry and just need to throw it in the oven.

Chicken Potatoes And Green Beans


  • 2 cans great value green beans $0.50 each
  • 6 medium sized russet potatoes peeled and diced $2.00 ( 5 pound bag)
  • 3 chicken breast $3.43
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Total Meal Cost $6.43


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 dish
  2. Peel and cut your potatoes into chunks. Drain the juice from green beans
  3. Line green beans along one side of your 9x13 dish, potatoes along the other side and your chicken breast down the middle
  4. Cut your butter into squares and place over your chicken, green beans, and potatoes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour Or until juices run clear.
  6. Enjoy!
