Crock Pot French Dip Sandwhiches

Ingredients

  • 3-pound chuck roast $7.38
  • 2 cans french onion soup 10.5 oz $1.36 each
  • 1 can beef consomme 10.5 oz $1.39
  • market side sandwich rolls $2.98
  • great value 8oz provolone cheese $1.98
  • Total Meal Cost $16.45

Instructions

  1. Add chuck roast, french onion soup, beef consommé in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. When done shred chuck roast with fork. If its still tough you need to cook longer.
  4. Serve on sand-which rolls and top with provolone cheese. Enjoy!
