Pressure Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe

Power pressure cooker pulled pork

Oh my goodness y’all, I recently purchased myself a Power pressure cooker.

I was so excited. Then I got it out of the box started reading the instructions and I was so intimidated. The first time I cooked lasagna. Well, it was edible but not great. So we put my power pressure cooker back in the box and didn’t touch it for about a month. Then a good friend of mine on Facebook shared a whole meal she had made with her Pressure Cooker in like 20 minutes. So that was motivation for me to give it another go.

PRESSURE COOKER FOR THE WIN.

This time with BBQ pulled pork. I’m so glad I did! It was so delicious! Now I have made BBQ Pulled Pork many times in my crock pot with this exact recipe. its one of our family favs. But nothing compared to the flavor my BBQ Pulled Pork had when I made it in the pressure cooker. I used the exact recipe as I do in the crock pot but it just tastes so much better. It has so much more flavor.  Now I use my pressure cooker a few times a week! I am still learning so many new things you can use it for. So I’m no pro but I do want to share this delicious recipe with you.
